Standard Home Features Vary by Development
The features included in our homes can vary depending on the development you’re looking at. To give you a better idea, we’ve provided two sample lists of what’s included as standard in two of our developments:
One: What’s Included in Our Entry-Level Homes?
Sample list of inclusions and available upgrades for our entry-level homes in Brecken Heights
This list offers a sample of available upgrades and included standard features in our Brecken Heights development. For anything not on this list, it’s safe to assume it will not be available in our entry-level homes. You’ll receive an updated list before signing a design phase (Phase 1) contract, and you’ll have an exact list specific to your new home by the end of Phase 1.
Two: What’s Included in Our Premium-Level Homes?
This list offers a sample of standard inclusions in our semi-custom homes, though these may vary depending on your chosen floor plan. Anything you do not see listed can be considered an upgrade. Again, you’ll receive an updated list before signing a design phase (Phase 1) contract, and you’ll have an exact list specific to your new home by the end of Phase 1.
Home Inclusions May Change Over Time & Vary Between Developments
These lists are a great starting point, but keep in mind that the inclusions will likely change over time and differ from one development to another. If you’re considering a home in a specific development, we recommend requesting an updated list for that specific development to see which features are standard and which might be considered an upgrade.
Benefits of Signing a Contract Early
It’s also good to know that the earlier you sign a contract—such as before the foundation is poured—the more flexibility you’ll have to choose from included options or select any upgrades you may want to add. The further along the home is in the building process, the fewer choices will be available to you.
