We partner with a preferred supplier and include an appliance allowance in the contract price. This gives you flexibility to choose appliances that suit your lifestyle and design preferences. If your upgrade exceeds the allowance, we can accommodate the change for an additional cost.

 

Things to Consider When Upgrading Appliances

Some appliances may require extra design coordination. For example: A larger or built-in refrigerator might need custom cabinetry, and A unique range hood could require additional ventilation work. These upgrades can lead to extra costs for materials, design adjustments, or installation.
